How We Do It
As our parents like to say, our job is complicated. But for clients, the process is simple:
After talking through goals and general scope of work, we’ll kick things off with a team meeting. You’ll meet your project manager, and we’ll discuss timelines, roles, design aesthetics, etc.
Sitemap & Wireframes
Next, we’ll build a wireframe: a simple diagram of all the anticipated pages of your site, showing you what goes where and how a user might get from one page to the next. Think family tree meets Google Maps.
We hand off the sitemap to our designers, who turn our boring old wireframe into a cool looking website. We typically offer a few options, so you can pick and choose which design aspects you like best.
Once you’ve signed off on the design, our developers bring it to life. Here is where we add all the widgets, capabilities and functionality you could possibly want, from blog and social media integration to e-commerce, event management and more.
If you choose to manage your own site, we make sure you’re comfortable doing so before we say our goodbyes. Not quite ready to cut ties? We offer ongoing maintenance plans to keep your site running smoothly, no matter how your business evolves.
Once the site launches, we’ll hand over the keys. But don’t be a stranger—we’re always around for tweaks, fine-tuning and problem solving. We see ourselves as part of your team and take great pride in the relationships we build and maintain with all our clients.
